Terms of Service

Who we are

Answer is an AI phone agent run by the Answer and Polsia team. You can reach us at tryanswerapp@gmail.com.

Acceptance of these terms

By signing up for an Answer account, or by using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Answer.

You need to be 18 or older to use Answer.

The service

Answer is an AI phone agent. It answers inbound calls routed to your Answer forwarding number, follows the call-flow you configure, takes messages, qualifies leads, and — if you've turned it on — transfers or live-routes callers per your rules.

The service is provided "as available." We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime, and we don't promise that every call will be answered perfectly. Answer is a tool, not a replacement for your judgment about how to handle your calls.

Your account

When you sign up, please:

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including for the call-flow configuration you set up and the messages your callers receive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Answer to:

Billing

Answer offers a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After the trial, the paid plans are $199/month or $1,990/year. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

For the full rundown on refunds, cancellation timing, and when we always refund — including the 14-day annual refund window — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the Answer service, the software, the AI agent prompts, the call-flow templates, the website, and our branding. You keep ownership of your business data, your call-flow configuration, your call recordings, and your customer relationships.

We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings from how Answer is used across all accounts to improve the service. We never use your specific call recordings or transcripts for that.

Third-party services

To deliver Answer we rely on a handful of third-party providers. Their terms may also apply to your use:

Healthcare customers — HIPAA

We handle protected health information differently for healthcare customers. The full HIPAA-specific terms will be added here as a separate section, and only apply to accounts that have opted into the healthcare/medical template.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Answer is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, customers, or data.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll post the update on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for big changes, email you. Continued use of Answer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
