Privacy Policy
Introduction
Answer is an AI phone agent that answers inbound calls, takes messages, qualifies leads, and (optionally) routes callers to your live line for businesses that need 24/7 coverage. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits answer-ai-agent.polsia.app and to anyone who signs up to use Answer for their business.
What we collect
Info you give us at signup. We ask for the things we need to set up your account and call-flow: business name, your name, email, phone number, a password, the kind of business you run, a short description of what you do, the services you offer, and the questions you want Answer to ask your callers.
Info we collect automatically when you use the service. Every inbound call routed through Answer is recorded and transcribed so the AI can follow your call-flow and so you get a written summary afterward. We also store the caller's phone number, the call timestamp, and call duration. If a caller leaves a voicemail, we keep the audio.
Cookies and analytics. We use one analytics cookie called polsia_vid to understand how visitors use our site. EU visitors are asked to accept or reject analytics before any non-essential cookie is set — use the banner on your first visit or the controls on our Cookie Policy page to change your choice.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Run the Answer service — answer calls, follow your call-flow, take messages, qualify leads
- Send you summaries and alerts about your calls, leads, and account
- Charge you correctly and keep billing records
- Support you when you contact us with a question or problem
- Improve the service over time (using aggregated, non-identifying data wherever we can)
Who we share with
We share data only with the vendors that make Answer work:
- Twilio — carries your phone number and the call audio/metadata. Their privacy policy applies.
- Polsia — provides analytics and hosts the service. Their privacy policy applies.
- Stripe — processes payments. Their privacy policy applies.
We do not sell caller data, lead data, or your account data to anyone. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build advertising profiles.
Data retention
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days so you can refer back to them, and then deleted. Voicemail audio is kept for the same period. Your account data (business info, call-flow config, billing history) is kept for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation so you can come back. After that window, we delete it within 30 days.
We keep billing records for as long as the law requires us to (typically 7 years).
Your rights
You can:
- Access — ask for a copy of your data at any time
- Update — fix anything that's wrong, right from your dashboard
- Delete — close your account and we'll delete your data per the retention window above
Email tryanswerapp@gmail.com to make any of these requests. We respond within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date below and, for big changes, send you an email. Continued use of Answer after a change means you accept the updated policy.
