Free Trial

Your 7-day trial is completely free — no credit card required. If you decide Answer isn't for you, just stop. Nothing to cancel, nothing to owe.

Monthly Plans

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us at tryanswerapp@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal, we'll refund the unused portion.

We'll always refund you if:

• Your phone number (DID) never provisioned correctly and calls weren't routing
• You were charged due to a billing error on our end
• You experienced a verified service outage lasting more than 48 hours during your paid period

To request a refund, email tryanswerapp@gmail.com with your business name and the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
